It's My Birthday and I'll Cry If I Want To.

I really wish that today was my tenth birthday. Ten on 10/10/10 would be pretty damn cool. Unfortunately I actually turned 25 (or 24 as my Dad worringly thought) - a quarter of a century, that's quite cool I guess.

On my 25th birthday I have discovered that I order in too much Chinese and have a new found addiction to Diet Coke. Better than crack.

While I am in New York, I am also pretty much a loner so dinner at a fancy restaurant with friends was not on the cards at all. Instead I paid the City Bakery a long overdue visit with my one nearest and dearest in the city. Mac 'n' cheese was followed by a yummy chocolate chip cookie and face ache thanks to the sugar.

Seeing as I am half way across the world, the priviledge was my present, and grateful as I am here a few things on my would be birthday wish-list. As I can wish, this is me dreaming...

Sam Edelman, $298...I've tried these and they are amazing.

And Sam Edelman again. Went down to $186 in the Bloomingdale's sale. Oh to have money.

Alexander Wang, $825.

Opening Ceremony, $495.

Hakaan, $5,950.

Opening Ceremony I love you.

If only I was rich, I'd look so freaking good!
