The past few days I have felt a huge, dark void in my life. It encapsulates me when I am deep in sleep, and it devours me while I am awake. Whenever I think about it makes me feel a little sick inside, the same way when you gorge on three slices of buttery toast only to notice the mould pre-last-bite. Yum.
That's the problem with New York, you want everything. Everything and anything and you need it now.
My void is less dramatic than it may sound but it fills me with the same level of upset that Kate Moss should feel after her abysmal Topshop collections.
Think of a mound of blue-grey rabbit fur, lovingly moulded into the best winter jacket this side of the century (hold your complaints animal protestors - I didn't kill them). Warm and comforting, the fluffy sleeves contain you in a swelteringly warm embrace all day long. Ah. I need it. I need it now!
